Assam floods: a photo story from Dibrugarh, India

The fury of floods in Assam failed to receive the much needed media’s or a nations attention

Neerav Das, posted on his Facebook page a set of photos from the oil refinery town of Dibrugarh, that lies on the banks of the Brahmaputra river. Boats running in Thana Charali. More then 40 people have died and about a million people have been affected.
